About Placing an Order
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCELLATION TO MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT ONLINE?
Yes, you can change or cancel order which payment is not settled yet.
Regarding orders which have payment settled, our team who begin working on your order right after payment confirmation. Unfortunately this means we only have a small amount of time to make changes to the details of your order.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you would like to make changes to the delivery address please contact our customer services team who will do their utmost to adjust this for you prior to dispatch. Once the goods have been dispatched to the courier any changes needed to the delivery information would incur a small charge (1600yen per parcel) and may subsequently lead to a delay in delivery.
CAN I ADD A SPECIAL MESSAGE OR GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?
We wrap our tea with BIKOUEN brand wrapping paper. Unfortunately we do not offer a special gift wrap or customized messaging service at this time, although it may be something we look into in the future. The dispatch note states the items included in the box but does not state prices paid.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you order has been dispatched you will be sent an email advising you of the tracking number for your delivery.
CAN I PICK A DELIVERY TIME SLOT?
When shipping overseas, there is unfortunately no way of confirming the delivery date and timeslot at the time of placing the order. For the majority case of delivery services, on the day of your delivery you will receive confirmations of delivery from the courier by either email or SMS message.
We use electronic invoice for all shipments. Please specify if you need a printed invoice when placing order.
WHICH EXPRESS COURIER BIKOUEN IS USING?
We are using Fedex International Economy for all shipment. Currently, we offer free upgrade to Fedex Priority to ensure our products delivery.
DO YOU HAVE HANDLING CHARGE OR FEE?
No. We do not have extra charge or handling fee.
MAY I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF PARCEL DISPATCHED?
For parcel dispartched, we have a charge of 1600yen of each parcel.

WHAT KIND OF FEES CAN OCCUR?
In most countries, customs/import duty and a kind of value-added-tax (VAT) can occur.
The VAT is in each country different. The rates of customs duties vary from country to country, with the amount depending on the goods. Some countries have determined an upper value limit or allowance which means that they are exempt from customs duties or tax.
