CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
If you would like to return any part of your order please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to provide more information.
In case of defective products, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Defective products are items which are unfit for safe consumption, due to its age, contamination, or packaging damages caused by mishandling of our company.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR REFUND?
We, Bikouen is doing our best to ensure quality and accuracy. If for any reason though, your product is defective (as defined above) upon arrival or incorrect compared to your order receipt, please contact us at email@example.com
Once we confirm the proof of defective products, we will email you a return label for shipping back to our flagship store in Kyoto Japan.
As soon as we receive the returned parcel and inspect the products, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and advise whether it has been approved or denied.
CAN I GET FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING FEE?
If the return is approved, we will then either fully refund your credit card for the purchase (including shipping), or ship the correct item to you free of charge, whichever preference you note on the return slip.
Bikouen is not liable for any loss of goods by express courier during the process of delivery to you and your shipping address. In some cases, we may issue a refund at its own discretion. In these cases, the refund will be applied via your original payment method, within a reasonable amount of time.
