With a refined and deep flavour, Bloom is made exclusively from the first harvest leaves grown in Uji and all are hand-picked in order to preserve the refreshing and invigorating scent of new leaves.
Bloom is Bikouen’s No.2 popular matcha and is best enjoyed as thick tea (koicha).

The Story
Blessed with bracing climates, Uji in the Kyoto is considered the cradle of tea in Japan, and the label“Uji Tea” is synonymous with exceptionally fine quality tea.
Tea leaves Saemidori that are designated for matcha have been uniquely shade-grown, de-veined, de-stemmed and grinded into a micron-fine tea powder.
